Personal Nutrition Session The program begins with a 1-hour guided session on Whole-Foods Plant-Based nutrition. 2. Predominantly Plant-Based Meal Plan A structured meal plan built around predominantly plant-based foods. The focus is on: • Whole Foods • balanced combinations • practical and satisfying meals The plan is designed to simplify food choices rather than create strict rules 3. 4 PM Snack & Light Dinner Recipe Guide Many people experience an energy dip in the late afternoon. A recipe e-book of nourishing snack options designed for around 4 PM. These recipes are: • whole-food based • easy to prepare • suitable for busy schedules • light yet satisfying Many of these options can also work as early dinners. 4. Weekly Thursday Challenges Each week includes a simple health challenge designed to encourage small improvements 5. Weekly WhatsApp Guidance Receive weekly follow-up support through WhatsApp 6.
